Assign a ticket to a user

To assign a ticket to a user:
  1. Open the ticket page by clicking on a link to the ticket. The current assigned user is shown in the rightmost of three select controls shown below the new note field in the update ticket tab on the right panel of the ticket page.
  2. Select the new user from the list of available users listed in the select control.
  3. Click the update ticket button to save the change. The ticket will be assigned to the new user and a ticket change item added to the ticket showing the assigned user and the date of the change.

Permissions required: Manager or Developer permissions to the project.
