Assign an existing ticket to a milestone

The milestone that a ticket belongs to will usually be set when a ticket is created. If you have manager access to the project or or you are the creator of the ticket it is possible to assign an existing ticket to a milestone, or to reassign a ticket to another milestone.

To assign an existing ticket to another milestone:
  1. Open the ticket page by clicking on a link to the ticket.
  2. Click the edit this ticket ( cog ) icon at the top right of the main section of the page. This will open the Edit Ticket dialogue.
  3. Select the required milestone in the milestone field.
  4. Click the update button. The ticket will be assigned to the new milestone.
