To update the priority of a ticket:
- Open the ticket page by clicking on a link to the ticket. The current ticket priority is shown in the middle of three select controls shown below the new note field in the Update ticket tab ( ) on the right panel of the ticket page.
- Select the new priority from the list of available priorities in the select control.
- Click the update ticket button to save the change. The ticket priority will be changed and a ticket change item added to the ticket showing the new priority and the time of the change.
Permissions required: Manager or Developer permissions to the project.
