Update ticket priority

To update the priority of a ticket:
  1. Open the ticket page by clicking on a link to the ticket. The current ticket priority is shown in the middle of three select controls shown below the new note field in the Update ticket tab (  ) on the right panel of the ticket page.
  2. Select the new priority from the list of available priorities in the select control.
  3. Click the update ticket button to save the change. The ticket priority will be changed and a ticket change item added to the ticket showing the new priority and the time of the change.

Permissions required: Manager or Developer permissions to the project.
