Update ticket state

To update the ticket state:
  1. Open the ticket page by clicking on a link to the ticket. The current ticket state is shown in the leftmost of three select controls shown below the new note field in the Update ticket tab (  pencil ) on the right panel of the ticket page.
  2. Select the new state from the list of available states in the select control.
  3. Click the update ticket button to save the change. The ticket state will be changed and a ticket change item added to the ticket showing the new state and the time of the change.

Permissions required: Manager or Developer permissions to the project.

Users with admin access can update the list of available ticket states on the Admin –  Status Labels page.
